Tender alerts to your webhook

Save a tender search once and Veldora POSTs new matching tenders from Doffin and TED to your https webhook after each nightly refresh. One payment of $0.25 covers 30 days, and your agent stops polling.

What you get

Answer each delivery with any 2xx status. After 5 failed deliveries in a row the alert is switched off. Webhooks on private networks are refused and redirects are not followed.

Example

Create an alert for IT tenders in region NO08:

curl -X POST "https://veldora.no/v1/alerts?webhook=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fhook&cpv=72&region=NO08"

A delivery to your webhook looks like this, with each tender in the same shape as tender search (trimmed, values illustrative):

{
  "alert_id": "...",
  "sent_at": "2026-10-13T04:30:00Z",
  "tenders": [
    {
      "id": "ted:123456-2026",
      "title": "Rammeavtale for IT-konsulenttjenester",
      "buyer": { "name": "Statens vegvesen", "orgnr": "971032081" },
      "cpv": ["72000000"],
      "deadline": "2026-11-01T12:00:00+01:00"
    }
  ]
}

Without payment the request returns 402 with the price. Pay with an x402 client such as @x402/fetch; the response is the alert id and secret.

Price and MCP tools

EndpointWhat it doesMCP toolPrice
POST /v1/alertsTender alert to your webhook, 30 daysnone (HTTP only)$0.25

Per successful call, in USD, paid as USDC on Base. The MCP server is at https://veldora.no/mcp.

How payment works

Your agent sends a normal HTTP request and gets 402 Payment Required with the price. It signs a USDC authorization on Base for that amount and repeats the request, and Veldora returns the data with a receipt. There is no account or API key, and failed calls are not charged. See Pay per call and the payment section of the docs.

Questions

What is the licence of the tender data?

Doffin data is © DFØ and licensed under CC BY 4.0. TED data is © European Union and reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU. Pass the credit on if you republish the tenders.

How fresh are the alerts?

Doffin and TED are refreshed every night, and new matching tenders are delivered right after. Your agent sees each new tender the morning after it is published.

What happens if a call fails?

You are not charged for any response with status 400 or higher. Settings are checked before payment, so a bad webhook or a missing filter returns 400 for free.

Do I need an API key or an account?

No. You pay $0.25 with x402 in USDC on Base. The secret in the response proves ownership of the alert from then on.

Can my agent use this over MCP?

Not yet. Alerts are created over HTTP only. The search behind them is available as the MCP tool search_tenders.
